We started with a delicious nutty brown ale base style then added 20 pounds of bourbon salted pecans and 7 gallons of bourbon barrel aged maple syrup to deliver a truly unique beer. Notes of pecan are strong with a subtle maple syrup sweetness balanced by it's charred oak and bourbon flavors.
